This policy explains refunds and cancellations for Fretsy Pro subscriptions bought on the fretsy.org website. Subscriptions and purchases made in the iOS app are billed by Apple; refunds for those are requested from Apple and follow Apple’s policies.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Manage / cancel subscription link. Cancelling stops all future renewal charges. Your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
Because you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges — and because a free tier and free sample lessons are available so you can try Fretsy before subscribing — payments already made are non-refundable, including for any unused portion of a billing period after you cancel.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.
Website payments are processed by Polar, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. Any refund required by law, or granted at our discretion, is issued through Polar to your original payment method. Polar’s own terms also apply to your purchase.
