Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 26, 2026

⚠️ Draft for review. This is plain-language boilerplate, not legal advice — have it reviewed before launch.

This Privacy Policy explains what Fretsy (“we,” “us”) collects when you use practicimo.info (the “Service”), and how we use it. We aim to collect as little as possible.

1. What we collect

  • Your email address — when you create an account / log in. We use passwordless email login, so we never see or store a password.
  • Subscription status — whether you have an active paid plan. We do not collect or store your card or payment details; all payments are handled by our payment provider (see “Who we share with”).
  • Basic technical data — standard server logs (e.g., request times and error information) used to keep the Service running and secure.
  • Your in-app preferences (practice settings, tone settings) are stored locally in your browser and are not sent to us.

2. How we use it

  • To provide and operate the Service and your account.
  • To manage your subscription and entitlements (free vs. premium).
  • To send you essential messages — such as your login link and important notices about your account or the Service.
  • To maintain security and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not send marketing emails without your consent.

3. Who we share with (service providers)

We rely on a few trusted providers who process data on our behalf:

  • Supabase — accounts, authentication, and our database (stores your email and subscription status).
  • LemonSqueezy — our payments provider and Merchant of Record. They handle checkout, billing, and card data under their own privacy policy.
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) — hosting of the Service.

Each provider maintains its own privacy and security practices.

4. Cookies & local storage

We use a login session (to keep you signed in) and your browser’s local storage (to remember your preferences). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Your rights

You can request to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and you can delete your account at any time. To make a request, email billtoner.email@gmail.com. Depending on where you live (e.g., the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA), you may have additional rights; we honor these requests.

6. Data retention

We keep your account data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited records (e.g., for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons — much of which is handled by our Merchant of Record).

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; we’ll change the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to let you know.
